You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fantasyph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
fantasyph will never request your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from fantasyph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents and any other documentation reasonably requested by fantasyph as part of the KYC process. fantasyph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
fantasyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be claimed by players who, in fantasyph's reasonable assessment, are exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play ("bonus abuse"). fantasyph reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

All content on the fantasyph Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of fantasyph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of fantasyph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fantasyph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
fantasyph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fantasyph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fantasyph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fantasyph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Gaming Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. fantasyph is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

Upon termination for cause, fantasyph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and fantasyph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
fantasyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, fantasyph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
